At Rukn Al Keswa (RKDCS), we help people and businesses set up companies, arrange visas, and handle document clearing in Dubai and across the UAE. To do that properly, we sometimes need your personal information. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we look after it, written in plain language without the legal jargon.

If you have any questions after reading this, just reach out to us at info@rkdcs.com or +971 56 137 1450.

01

Who We Are

Rukn Al Keswa is a business setup and document clearing consultancy based at Office 203, Al Rolla Street, Al Raffa, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through our website, phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.

02

What Information We Collect

We only collect what we actually need to help you. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • Contact details: your name, phone number, email address, and nationality
  • Business information: your intended business activity, preferred jurisdiction (mainland, free zone, or offshore), and visa requirements, when you use our consultation form or License Estimator tool
  • Identity and legal documents: passport copies, Emirates ID, visa documents, certificates, and similar paperwork you provide when we're helping with company formation, visas, PRO services, or document clearing
  • Communication records: messages you send us through our contact form, WhatsApp, email, or phone, including any details you share during those conversations
  • Website usage information: general data about how visitors use our site, collected automatically through tools like Google Tag Manager, for example which pages are viewed

We do not ask for more than we need, and we don't collect sensitive personal details unless they're directly required for a service you've asked us to provide (such as document attestation or visa processing).

03

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and consultation requests
  • Prepare quotes, such as through our License Estimator
  • Carry out the services you've asked for, including company formation, trade licensing, visa processing, PRO services, document clearing, VAT and corporate tax registration, Ejari, Amer, and Tasheel applications
  • Submit your documents to the relevant UAE government authorities on your behalf, where this is part of the service
  • Contact you about the progress of your application or case
  • Improve our website and understand which services people are looking for
  • Meet our legal and regulatory obligations in the UAE

We do not use your information for anything unrelated to these purposes, and we won't sell your personal information to third parties.

04

Who We Share Your Information With

Because much of our work involves government processing, we sometimes need to share your information with:

  • UAE government authorities and free zones, such as the Department of Economic Development, immigration authorities, labor departments, Ejari, Amer, and Tasheel systems, as required to complete the service you've requested
  • Banks or financial institutions, if you've asked us to help with bank account setup
  • Service providers who support our operations, such as IT and website hosting providers, under confidentiality obligations

We only share what's necessary for the specific task at hand, and only with parties involved in delivering your service.

05

Cookies and Website Data

Our website uses basic tracking tools (like Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are popular. This helps us improve the website and the information we provide. This data is generally anonymous and isn't used to identify you personally.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.

06

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information for as long as needed to complete your service and to meet any legal, regulatory, or record-keeping requirements in the UAE. For example, documentation related to licenses, visas, or tax registrations often needs to be retained for a set number of years. Once it's no longer needed, we securely delete or dispose of it.

07

Keeping Your Information Safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information and documents from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. This includes limiting who on our team can access your file and handling physical documents securely in our office. No system is completely risk-free, but we treat your information, especially identity documents, with real care.

08

Your Choices

You can:

  • Ask us what personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct information that's inaccurate
  • Ask us to delete your information, where we're not legally required to keep it (for example, once your case is fully closed and no retention obligation applies)
  • Opt out of marketing messages at any time by telling us directly

To make any of these requests, just contact us at info@rkdcs.com or +971 56 137 1450.
